Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Starter and Pro users can upgrade or cancel directly via their Stripe billing portal accessible from Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens after I sign up on Starter or Pro?
After completing registration you will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your account is activated immediately — no waiting for manual approval.
How does Federation onboarding work?
Federation accounts involve custom setup and pricing. After submitting your details, our team will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your needs and finalise access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoicing on request for Federation plans.
Is my payment information secure?
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.
